Awarded half fellowship, highest offered, for Master of Fine Arts study at Hollins University.

2009

Jerome Robbins Foundation's New Essential Works (NEW) In October 2009, Helen was one of the first choreographers ever chosen to receive funding for a new ballet.

2009

Royal Ballet of Flanders, director, Kathryn Bennetts, received The Laurence Olivier Award 2008, for the performance Impressing the Czar, William Forsythe, at London’s Sadler’s Wells Theater. Helen guest starred in the London production.

2006 Awarded New York Fellowship Initiative Grant from New York Choreographic Institute, an affiliate of New York City Ballet, nominated through Boston Ballet
